Automotive air conditioners are generally mainly composed of compressors, electronically controlled clutches, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, liquid receiver dryers, pipes, condensing fans, vacuum solenoid valves, idlers and control systems. Automotive air conditioners are divided into high-pressure pipelines and low-pressure pipelines. The high pressure side includes compressor output side, high pressure pipeline, condenser, liquid receiver dryer and liquid pipeline; the low pressure side includes evaporator, accumulator, return gas pipeline, compressor input side and compressor oil pool.

Automotive air conditioning pipelines are mainly composed of the following parts: aluminum pipes, joints, air conditioning hoses, air conditioning bellows, aluminum sleeves, filling ports, sight glass, pressure switches, O-rings, and plastic plug caps.

1. According to the state of refrigerant

Gas pipe: The refrigerant in the pipe is gaseous;

Liquid pipe: The refrigerant in the pipe is liquid;

High-pressure pipe: the automobile air-conditioning pipeline from the compressor to the expansion valve;

Low-pressure pipe: the automobile air-conditioning pipeline between the expansion valve and the compressor;
